"These fountains give health. But, like goat's milk at bachelor party, they don't last forever."
― A quote attributed to the genie Al-Zalam.

Goats were a species of goat-antelope that were mostly kept as livestock. They were members of the family Bovidae, meaning they were closely related to sheep.

History

Unknown time period

One account of the barbarian raid on Megwynne Stormbinder's village claims a goat "with an attitude problem" was among the assailants.[1]

14th century

After the Town Mayor stole the Shadow Artefact from Zarok's Tower, the sorcerer tore through Gallows Town and turned many of its people into goats.[2.1]

Some claim that the entrance to Gallowmere's Asylum was flanked by two statues of goats.[2] Others attest to them being lions instead.[3]
