Wikipedia also has an article on

Yaks were a species of long-haired domesticated cattle.

History

While telling the freshly resurrected Sir Daniel Fortesque about Zarok's return, Al-Zalam the genie compared the sorcerer's ability to turn things bad quickly to yak's cheese next to a radiator.[1]

In other languages

Yak is the same in other languages. However, in the French localisation of MediEvil: Resurrection, Al-Zalam doesn't mention yak's cheese (or yaks in general). Instead, he speaks of old Camembert cheese being left out in the sun.[1.1]
