The Queen-zilla was to be the final boss battle in MediEvil 2, but was eventually replaced with a generic demon. The Queen-zilla was, in fact, a gigantic mutant Queen Victoria. She was to be controlled by Palethorn through his steam powered aircraft. She also fought in the cut level Parliament.
Trivia
- Queen Victoria is mentioned once in the game, in a book found in The Time Machine level.
- Queen Victoria's name and role is based on the famous monster Godzilla.
