The '''Big Rat''' was an enemy set to appear in the [[Morten the Earthworm|Morten]] version of [[Inside The Asylum (Morten version)|Inside The Asylum]] in the original ''[[MediEvil (1998)|MediEvil]]''. However, the level was eventually reworked into a level for [[Sir Dan]]. As a result, the Big Rat was considered for reuse in a planned second part of [[The Enchanted Earth]] level.{{TwitterRef|Wilson|1718327949248565576/photo/2|October 28, 2023|December 22, 2023}} In the end, this part of The Enchanted Earth was scrapped as well, and the Big Rat was left completely unused.
