'''The Muddy Riverbank''', also known as the '''Dragon's Graveyard''',<ref name="Jason's note"/> is a level that was cut from ''[[MediEvil]]''.{{Gameref|Rolling-Demo}} Based on the level list in the ''[[MediEvil Rolling Demo]]'', it would have followed on from [[The River]] level and continued into [[The Mud Slide]].{{Gameref|Rolling-Demo}}

The level can be accessed in the ''[[MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha]]'', but only via hacking. Being a part of the game's swamp section, The Muddy Riverbank is somewhat similar to the [[Pools Of The Ancient Dead]], but features many dragon bones and a muddy vertical section that needs to be climbed in order to exit the level. Due to the level's unfinished state, there are no enemies to fight, or items to collect. However, the level's [[cambridge:VLO|VLO]] suggests that [[Armoured Knights]] were set to appear in the level.

In the ''[[MediEvil/SCES-00311/0.28|MediEvil 0.28]]'' development build, The Muddy Riverbank can be seen in an early version of the [[Land Map]]. It is located in the same position as [[the Lake]] in the final game.

According to [[Jason Wilson's notes]], at some point in development, The Muddy Riverbank would have become accessible after collecting all [[Soul Helmet|shields]] for [[the Boat Man]] in the Pools Of The Ancient Dead.<ref name="Jason's note"></ref> This is likely after The River and The Mud Slide levels were already cut.
