It's charge cannot be refilled after it's been used up. It drains the enemy's health by 5 hp. The Good Lightning is quite similiar to it, it's effects are used for healing, however. You will receive Lightning from Megwynne Stormbinder after collecting 15 chalices in MediEvil.
