It's Not Their Fault They're Mad is a secret trophy in the MediEvil remake.
Official description
Don't harm the Mad Family.
How to unlock
This achievement is tricky. This one is another tricky one. You have to finish the Sleeping Village without hitting the Townspeople even once (that includes using the Daring Dash on them). If even one is hit, you'll have to restart the level from scratch.
