Location
Surgeon Sherman can be found after returning to the Graveyard. He is found on the hilltop near the crumbling bridge at the starting point.

How to Lay to Rest
Dan must travel to the Asylum and enter. Once Dan enters the circular room, he must unleash the soul. Kul Katura the Serpent Lord will appear and assist Dan in defeating the Head Bangers and other asylum patients.
