Zarok's spellbook is a book of Black Magic and the main cause of events in the MediEvil games.
MediEvil and Resurrection
Some time after Dan's death, Zarok found this book of Black Magic. Using the spells within it, he plunged the land into eternal night, brought life to the inanimate and robbed the people of Gallows Town of their souls.
In MediEvil, Daniel can find the spell book lying on a lectern in the Entrance Hall level. He can only inspect it's content page, however.
