The Skull Key is an item that appears in MediEvil.
Description and usage
The key is required to unlock the Skull Gates, which are the only way out of the Graveyard. It is dropped by the Stained Glass Demon after its defeat. If the player defeats the demon after it's been collected, the demon will drop a moneybag instead.
