The '''Axe''', also known as the '''Battleaxe''', is a recurring combination weapon in the [[MediEvil (series)|''MediEvil'' series]].

Far stronger than Dan's [[arm]], the Axe is otherwise a unique weapon that can be swung with a light attack, or thrown with a heavy attack. When thrown, it spins in a straight line toward its marked target and then returns to Sir Dan like a boomerang, cutting any obstacles that can be destroyed by bladed weapons in its flight path.
