The '''Lake Lady''' is a character that was cut from ''[[MediEvil (1998)|MediEvil]]''. Her model and textures can be found within a [[cambridge:WAD|WAD]] of the ''[[MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha]]''.{{Gameref|ECTSPreAlpha}}{{Gameref|ECTSPreAlpha|[[MEDRES.MWD]], files at indices 566 (assorted textures), and 569 (Lake Lady model)}} Based on her animation, it can be surmised that the Lake Lady would have risen from the middle of [[The Lake|the lake]] and presented [[Sir Dan]] with the [[trident]]. However, she does not appear in the WAD for The Lake or any other level, suggesting she may have already been cut by September 1997.
