This page will document all the patches released for the PS4 MediEvil.

MediEvil's 15GB Day One patch. Users with digital copies could preload it early.

This 897MB patch was released on November 20, 2019.

Sir Dan will now sigh in relief after being fully rejuvenated by a Health Fountain like in the original game.
Mr Organ will laugh after being given the Sheet Music like in the original game.
