Land of the Dead

The Land of the Dead, also known as the Undiscovered Country, is the final destination for the souls of the dead. The Boat Man is the one to ferry the souls there. The souls of dead heroes seem to inhabit the Hall of Heroes instead, though it is unknown whether the Hall of Heroes is part of the Land of the Dead or not.
