The Swamp Guardian is a creature that inhabits the Pools of the Ancient Dead. However, there is no entire depiction of this creature, save for his many unseen faces and tentacles.[1.1]

Based on the concept art, the Swamp Guardian was to be a boss in the Pools of the Ancient Dead level for the original MediEvil, but didn't make it into the final game release.
