The Serpent of Gallowmere is a enemy from MediEvil. It can be found in The Gallows Gauntlet levels.
It's the most powerful enemy of all. It's sleeps in the box with a picture of a skull with crossbones. DO NOT be tempted to wake it up when your trying to get the Treasure. It will wake up and start attacking you and leave less heavy damages, it cannot be killed because it's invisible. Use the Daring Dash so you'll be far ahead from it, it will take a minutes to disappear. It is similar to the Kul Katura.
