Kul Katura the Serpent Lord was captured and trapped by Zarok within a Chest in the Scarecrow Fields. He can also be encountered later in the Pools of the Ancient Dead.
Official description
This astral serpent was captured by Zarok and imprisoned in a chest. Once freed, he will temporarily follow you around - killing any enemies he touches instantly. Make use of the short time he's with you and seek out as many baddies as you can find.

- The Serpent of Gallowmere looks similar to Kul Katura.
- Kul Katura bears a strong resemblance to the Giant Snake from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas or the Sandworm from Beetlejuice.
