If It Slithers, I Slays is a silver trophy in the MediEvil remake.
Official description
Kill the Serpent of Gallowmere.
How to unlock
You find the Serpent of Gallowmere in the Gallows Gauntlet. He is inside a chest on the other side of the flaming gate. To kill him, just take the sword and slash his head. The only thing to be aware of is your health. Try to have as many full Life Bottles full and he will die without giving you any trouble.
