Location
Hopper the Legless can be found in the Pools Of The Ancient Dead. He isn't too difficult to spot.

How to Lay to Rest
Dan must travel to the Gallows Gauntlet and unleash the soul in front of the fiery gate in the likeness of the Two Serpents. Dan must clear all the checkpoints to beat the race (of course, things would be easier if the area is cleared of enemies).
- "I'm impressed! You managed to beat my record of 31 hours and 27 minutes! Perhaps I can finally retire!"
