MediEvil's 15GB Day One patch. Users with digital copies could preload it early.

Unofficial patch notes

• A Camera Speed slider was added to the Options menu under CONTROLS.
• A Dan Cam Toggle option was added to the Options menu under CONTROLS.
• A 30 FPS Lock option was added to the Options menu under SCREEN.
• Dan will now sigh in relief after being fully rejuvenated by a Health Fountain.
• Mr Organ will laugh after being given the Sheet Music like in the original game.
