Patch 1.01
MediEvil's 15GB Day One patch. Users with digital copies could preload it early.

Patch 1.02
This 897MB patch was released on November 20, 2019.

- New camera rotation speed option
- Toggle-able Dan Cam
- Less aggressive Dan Cam re-centering
- R3 resets camera behind Dan
- New 30 FPS lock option
- Lots of fixes for various reported issues[1]
Unofficial patch notes
- Sir Dan will now sigh in relief after being fully rejuvenated by a Health Fountain like in the original game.
- Mr Organ will laugh after being given the Sheet Music like in the original game.
