The Voodoo Witch is a part of the undead carnival resident in Gallowmere Plains.

She is a skinny Afro-Caribbean witch who has the power to see the future in her less than reliable gypsy crystal ball. Like many characters, she does not believe Dan is a hero and calls him a coward. She speaks with a thick accent and with slightly broken English, implying it is not her first language.

She gives Dan fortunes for free about past and future areas.
