    ― Boiler Guard

Boiler Guards are enemies from MediEvil and MediEvil: Resurrection. In MediEvil, they can be found in The Sleeping Village and The Time Device levels, as well as in MediEvil: Resurrection, in Welcome to the Sleeping Village, The Sleeping Village, Ghost Ship, and Zarok's Lair.

    Description

Zarok's dutiful (some might say sheep-like) foot soldiers are renowned for their officious manner and trigger happy fighting style. Successful avoidance of their all too frequent bullets will enable the adventurous combatant to move in close and dispatch them with the nonchalant flick of a melee weapon.

    Involvement

    MediEvil / MediEvil: Resurrection

The Boiler Guards are part of Zarok's army, these trigger-happy warriors resemble animated boilers renowned for their dutiful (and somewhat sheep-like) devotion. While the use of the Broad Sword suffices to vanquish the enemy. In Resurrection, the Boiler Guards are capable to deal flame damage at close-quarters, it is advised to enter in retain mode (hold R) and circle around the enemy in order to avoid being hit by incoming shots, whist retaliating with a ranged weapon, such as the Crossbow.
