The Zombie Heads are bouncing, decapitated heads that never made it into the final release of MediEvil. As evidenced by an early piece of Cemetery Hill concept art found in the MediEvil NAVIGATION BOOK, the heads were originally intended to be encountered in this level where they would bounce down the hill as hazardous obstacles.[1]
