If It Slithers, I Slays is a silver trophy in the original MediEvil.
How to unlock
Sir Dan will find the Serpent of Gallowmere in the Gallows Gauntlet. He is inside a chest on the other side of the Dragon Gate. To kill him, Dan needs to take out his sword and slash his head. The only thing to be aware of is health. Dan should try to have as many full Life Bottles as possible and the Serpent will die without any trouble.
