SCEE Cambridge Studio (later known as Guerrilla Cambridge) was a British video game developer based in Cambridge, England. The studio was founded on July 4, 1997, when Sony Computer Entertainment Europe bought the Millennium development studio from CyberLife Ltd for six million pounds.[2] The developer was mainly known for making the MediEvil series for the original PlayStation and the PSP.
On January 10, 2013, Cambridge Studio was restructured and renamed to Guerrilla Cambridge and became a development branch of Guerrilla Games.[6] Four years later, on January 12, 2017, Sony announced that the studio would close permanently.[3]
