This page will document all the patches released for the PS4 remake of MediEvil.
Patch 1.01
MediEvil's 15GB Day One patch. Users with digital copies could preload it early.

- Various bug fixes.
- Small tweaks and polish items.
- Stability and performance optimizations.
Patch 1.02
This 897MB patch was released on November 20, 2019.

- New camera rotation speed option.
- Toggle-able Dan Cam.
- Less aggressive Dan Cam re-centering.
- R3 resets camera behind Dan.
- New 30 FPS lock option.
- Lots of fixes for various reported issues.[1]
Unofficial patch notes
- Sir Dan will now sigh in relief after being fully rejuvenated by a Health Fountain like in the original game.
- Mr Organ will laugh after being given the Sheet Music like in the original game.
- A bug where Sir Dan can't leave the Ant Caves after killing the Ant Queen using melee attacks is fixed.[2]
