The jar.

Kiya's Canopic Jar was a unique canopic jar with the head of a cat. It held Princess Kiya's heart inside it.[a]

History

Sir Daniel Fortesque needed the heart of his love in order to brew a Body Swap Potion. It was for this reason that one of the fairies of Gallowmere travelled back in time to ask Princess Kiya to leave it behind for him. Dan was then sent to retrieve the heart from Egypt using a fairy's temporary teleportation power.[1]

Notes

  1. Canopic jars neither depicted cats, nor were they used to store the heart. The Egyptians believed that the heart was the seat of the soul, and so it was left inside the body. Of course, this is why the already mummified Kiya still had a heart to give to Dan in the first place.
