Daniel Wigginbottom Fortesque II[a] was a member of the Fortesque family and the second of his name. He may have been named after Daniel Wigginbottom Fortesque I. Several other members of the family were given the same name, including Sir Daniel Fortesque, the Hero of Gallowmere.[1]
