Boris was one of Zarok's henchmen alongside Merek in 1286. Zarok ordered them to kill the undead future version of Sir Dan.
History
13th century
Boris clubbed Sir Dan over the head after Dan successfully beheaded the Jabberwocky. On instructions from Zarok, Boris and Merek took Dan to the Mystic Maidens to kill him. They were stopped and subsequently killed by a werewolf Lupo.

Boris was a tetradactyl, i.e. he only had four digits on his hands and feet. This was something he shared with Merek.
