    Hitchhikers was a TV advert created by the TBWA\Chiat\Day advertising agency[a] to promote MediEvil II throughout the year 2000 in the United States.

    Summary

    The advert features several villains from the game hitchhiking to various cities across the globe: Lord Palethorn is hitchhiking to Paris, The Ripper is hitchhiking to Rome, a gargoyle is hitchiking to Vienna and The Count is hitchhiking to Hoboken. Several clips of gameplay from the game are shown as well.

    1. ↑ 1.0 1.1 Although not confirmed to have produced this spot outright, it is known that Sony had an advertising relationship with TBWA\Chiat\Day during this time.[1] TBWA\Chiat\Day also produced the Monsters TV spot that was used to promote the original MediEvil in the US.
