Dizzy Decimator is a bronze trophy in the MediEvil remake.
How to unlock
This trophy is fairly straightforward. Use 
(or 
if using classic controls) to perform a spin attack with any sword equipped and kill 30 enemies. It is not necessary to fully charge the sword attack for the kill to count.

The trophy names were left untranslated in six of the thirty PlayStation Network languages: Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Indonesian, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.
