Rita was the sister of the Voodoo Witch. The Voodoo Witch mentioned her while telling Sir Dan his fortune. According to her sister, Rita was averse to cleaning.

"What is this godforsaken place, DANK, SQUALID and filled with the STENCH OF DESPAIR. It could be me sister Rita's place, well really, you'd think she have a mop allergy or somethin'."
