Surfing Dan is a cut gameplay mechanic from MediEvil. As part of The Mud Slide level, Dan would have had to surf downhill on his shield.[1]
The Surfing Dan model and animations can be found inside The Mud Slide WAD file in the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha.[2][2][2.1] However, there appears to be no entity associated with Surfing Dan, making it unlikely that he was ever implemented into the game.
