Baby Mad was another member of the Mad family set to appear in The Sleeping Village in the original MediEvil. Its exact purpose is unknown, but it is unlikely that Sir Dan would have been able to hurt the baby. Baby Mad's model can be found within the WAD of The Sleeping Village level in both the MediEvil Rolling Demo and the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha.[1][1.1][2][2.1]

Baby Mad was, as the name suggests, a small baby. It wore a white diaper. Its head was rather large in proportion to its body. It had big ears, rosey cheeks and a single strand of fair hair atop its head.
