Sammy the Seal Boy

Sammy the Seal Boy was billed before the genie Al-Zalam whilst Al worked at a carnival at some point in his past. Al-Zalam told Sir Dan of this as they entered the Undead Carnival in Gallowmere Plains.

Sammy is likely meant to be a reference to Sealo the Seal Boy. Sealo was known for his seal-like arms, which were caused by a congenital medical condition known as phocomelia.
