Prisoners' Feet were obstacles to be found in the Morten version of the Inside The Asylum level. According to Jason Wilson, the game's art director, Morten would have to inch across the bare feet of prisoners hanging upside down in racks, tickling them in the process.[1] The model of a foot appears in the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha.[2]
