The Harbour Master was in charge of giving out boats in the Scurvy Docks. Sir Dan had to disguise himself as a pirate in order to get a boat from him.
Characteristics
Personality
The Harbour Master was a prissy, pompous and petty jobs-worth. Although he attempted to project a tough and official air, he secretly harboured repressed affection for the rugged violent pirates that he dealt with on a daily basis.
