    Zombie Heads were bouncing, decapitated heads that never made it into the final release of MediEvil. As evidenced by an early piece of Cemetery Hill concept art found in the MediEvil NAVIGATION BOOK, the heads were originally intended to be encountered in this level where they would have bounced down the hill as hazardous obstacles.[1] Their models can be found in the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha.
