The Gold Shield (魔法の盾 Mahō no tate) is the third and most powerful shield in the series.
Description and usage
The shield is given to Daniel by Karl Sturnguard after he collects at least 9 chalices. It can take up to 400 hitpoints of damage (although it could only take up to 300 damage in an earlier build). After it takes all possible damage it can, it becomes unusable. Daniel can have the shield repaired by Merchant Gargoyles.
