History

14th century

It is said that an Undead Carnival in Gallowmere Plains awarded teddy bears[a] to anyone who managed to throw a maggot in an open wound.[1][1.1]

18th century

Teddy bears also appeared as prizes in London's freakshow.[2]

Notes

  1. Teddy bears are named after Theodore Roosevelt (October 27, 1858 – January 6, 1919), the 26th president of the United States of America, making the use of the term in MediEvil: Resurrection an anachronism.
