The Coffin Vaults is a level that was cut from MediEvil.[1] It was going to be the game's second level.[1] According to the game's producer, Chris Sorrell, parts of the level served as a basis for the witches coven in Cemetery Hill and the interiors of The Haunted Ruins.[2] This can be seen in the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha, where the level appears.

There are no enemies present in the level in the MediEvil ECTS Pre-Alpha and the only item found within the level is the Club, which appears in the second room.
