The Guardians of Mellowmede, also known as Toad Demons, were beings who came to inhabit the sunken village of Mellowmede. They performed ritualistic sacrifices to a malevolent elder deity.[2][2.1]

The Guardians of Mellowmede are creatures located in the sunken town of Mellowmede. They can be summoned by the watchers. They often guard against enemy attacks so it is best to attack them when their guard is down.
