The Asylum Grounds (迷宮のジャック, Meikyū no jakku) is a level in MediEvil. This level was not remade for MediEvil: Resurrection. Daniel encounters the master of the maze, Jack of the Green, who promises to reward him if he solves his riddles.

Characters

Jack of the Green

He's the master of riddles and claims the labryinth as his domain. Daniel must answer all of his riddles if he wishes to leave the maze.

Merchant Gargoyles

These miserable creatures exist only to drain brave heroes of their treasure. However, they must always offer something in return. If you see one of these merchant gargoyles on your travels, see if they have anything to offer that be of use to you.

Enemies

Mad Monks

The Mad Monks might have been normal, law-abiding every day citizens. But, after years tending to this bizarre and twisted landscape neighboring the asylum, they've lost their marbles as well. Throw in a dash of Zarok's bad juju and it's a recipe for disaster for our old friend Fortesque. While they might look a bit portly, these crazies are tough, requiring multiple hits from just about any weapons. Get in close and chop away with your Broad Sword, until they are ashes and dust.

Hedge Creatures

Enemies from the labryinth made out of carving hedge, also capable shooting fire at Daniel. Their weakness was their head when they get shot by any projectile weapon.

This is the garden of Zarok, nothing here is as it first seems. To leave this maze you must first seek out the one called Jack of the Green!

Book 2

Show the Clown you care by surrounding him with smiles.

Book 3

Solve this last puzzle and you will open the secret entrance to the asylum - the Town Mayor is imprisoned here, along with an army of madmen.
