The Programmer's Playground was a test level for MediEvil.
The level had geometry built to represent all the differernt types of landscape seen across the game: different slop gradients, platform spacing for jump height and length and so on. The level is a little ugly looking with just placeholder textures.
While the level is listed in the game's files, it doesn't seem to be present in any of the released copies of the game.
