Merchant Gargoyles are the greedy counterparts of Information Gargoyles. They sell or exchange goods throughout Gallowmere.

    Characteristics

    Appearance

The merchants have a blue to silvery-white exterior.

Other sources claim that the merchants are distinguishable from their informative brethren by their red stone skin instead of a greenish patina.

    Personality

As merchants are initially mute, their overall personality cannot be determined. A book found in Dan's Crypt explaining gold coins states that they are avaricious. This can be seen by how they voraciously gobble up any coins offered them.

    Gameplay

    MediEvil

In MediEvil, Sir Dan can buy ammo for his ranged weapons, an enchantment for his Broad Sword, or have his Gold Shield repaired by these creatures. They can also sell him weapons that had been stolen from him by thieving imps.
