Circle of Shadows is a level that was cut from MediEvil.[1] According to Chris Sorrell's recollection, the level ended up as "the tiny scene after the Ant Caves or the Haunted Ruins level".[2] Given the level's placement between The Haunted Ruins and The Silver Wood in the MediEvil Rolling Demo,[1] it is likely that the name of the level refers to the standing stones seen at the beginning of the 9AV FMV.
