MediEvil: Resurrection
Although not present in MediEvil: Resurrection, Death briefly mentions Mellowmede during a cutscene in the Return to the Graveyard level.[1][1.1] According to the game's script writer and lead designer Dominic Cahalin, Mellowmede was only mentioned in the game "for fun" and to "stay true to the idea that Gallowmere was a “real place” with consistent history and geography etc."[2]
