"May I hitch a ride with you, Sir Skeleton? Meet me at the old fort by the ancient pools!"
― Knight McKnight, after being found.

Knight McKnight was one of nineteen lost souls trapped inside a chest by Zarok the Sorcerer. Sir Dan freed him and laid him to rest.

    History

McKnight was a knight who seemingly died at the Pools Of The Ancient Dead. He engaged the Swamp Guardian in several games. Eventually, he was trapped in a chest by Zarok. Upon being freed, he wished to be escorted to a particular place by Sir Daniel Fortesque, after which he found peace.

    Gameplay

    Location

Knight McKnight can be found in the Crystal Caves, in an area with Imps entrapped inside blue crystals. Dan can find him on a risen area to the left.

    Laying to rest

"Please escort me to the base of the ancient battlefield. Just be mindful of the Swamp Guardian. I beat him in a game of Tentacle Tag, and he's a sore loser."
― McKnight, upon being brought to the correct place.

Dan must travel to the Pools Of The Ancient Dead. After turning from the boatman and continuing on the main path, Dan must unleash the soul on a square platform with a burning torch and a Merchant Gargoyle. Dan must then reach the fort on the other end of the swamp.

"Thank you, Sir Skeleton. And the Swamp Guardian will get over it. He always beats me at Hide and Sink."
― McKnight, shortly before being laid to rest.
